During a Phoenix Grand Prix, Wu Luo, an oriental beast that had disappeared for 20 years, reappeared, bringing great disaster and panic to the city. Zhang Xiaozao, a young racing genius, was overconfident and led a team of four to risk a sneak attack on the injured Wu Luo, which instead triggered a more serious crisis.
