Hiroshi is a middle-aged man who is always on edge. He is currently unemployed, but is a former elite businessman with a quick mind. In order to make a comeback, Hiroshi dreams of becoming an Akutagawa Prize-winning author, and is influenced by Junichiro Tanigawa , who attempts to "have people around him play roles and write about their experiences".
