In a dimly lit bar, former psychiatrist Juan Carlos Castro drinks to forget the landmark case he handled at the country's most famous psychiatric hospital—a case that dragged him into his current state of ruin and decline. At the bar, Peralta listens to the mysterious story the psychiatrist repeats over and over.
