Talip is one of the volunteers of the Kuva-yi Milliye movement in Istanbul. Talip befriends Müjgan in order to access information through her father. However, Müjgan realizes Talip's true identity and intentions. Upon this realization, Müjgan voluntarily helps Talip. However, this help leads to the beginning of a love affair between the two.
